Hello Potential Roomates!
I am a work from home artist and active couchsurfing.com and PEX: Philadelphia Experiment
participant who seeks like minded creative type for housemate to share one year lease beginning end NOV or DEC *flexible*
It is an amazing estate on 4.5 acres, with access to pool, tennis court and meditation garden
as well as the yards and gardens. All utilities are included along with cable and wireless internet.
It is a 3rd floor furnished apt. You only need things for your bedroom. Each room has built in wall storage and
available room also has 2 large closets. All wood floors. Central Air and heat. SEPTA access: Strafford Train Station 1.5 miles away
and bus stop about 1.5 blocks away. 3 miles from King of Prussia Mall, 4 miles from Valley Forge National Park and 22 miles from Philly.
I have two cats and fish. There are no more pets allowed on the lease. I can only lease this room
to a single person as per the lease stipulation. Any more questions just ask and when you write I will give you my full name to Googlestalk me
