The incumbent will assist with the day-to-day monitoring of reports and programs specifically related to the detection of suspicious activity including, but not limited to, market timing, late trading and improper trading. As well as daily oversight of Broker Services responsibilities performed by DST Systems. This person will respond to internal telephone calls relating to regulatory policies, as related to our most current prospectuses and Statement of Additional Information (SAI).
Requirements REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS preferred, but not requiredCustomer Service experience required. Knowledge of mutual fund and BackOffice operations helpfulStrong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
