The Financial Center Manager's primary objective is to hire, develop, coach and mentor a high-performing team capable of meeting the needs of all client segments in the Financial Center. The Financial Center Manager is responsible for the bottom line growth of the Financial Center in addition to the management and control of expense activities. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills by building effective working relationships within the organization, as well as in the surrounding community.
Specifications / Qualifications :
Proven ability to build, motivate, lead, influence and deliver sales results through others. Strong organizational process and project management skills. New relationship acquisition and building skills. Sales management skills. Strong business acumen. Effective negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer focus and service skills. BA/BS in Business preferred. Series 6, 63, 26, Life & Health licenses desired, or the ability to obtain all within 60 days of employment.
