Incredibly awesome place in Fishtown. (Philadelphia)

so, you need a place, and i found one here that i am absolutely in love with and i really must have it.

me: a very open minded 32 year old female. i'm happy, creative, friendly, compulsively clean but not obsessively neat, good hearted, genuine, honest, warm and fun. i love to cook and tend to do so when there are people around to eat -as long as i dont have to do all the dishes. i have one one very well behaved, very fixed, very handsome male kitty.


the place:. a 3 br built in 1750. $1200/mo brand new everything - living room, dining room, remodeled kitchen, new heat system, small basement with nearly new washer/dryer, clawfoot tub with a skylight, 2 2nd floor bedrooms (i'd like the attic), small backyard that we are allowed to plant/play/decorate as we see fit..(possibly a bit small for fire-spinning,though) and an incredible view

the situation: i wanted this place for a few months and almost had it, but my friend who was going to move in and take care of the deposit lost his income suddenly and had to back out at the last moment. It hasnt been rented yet so i'm pretty sure its still possible to get in there in May. Due to some personal circumstances that have caused me some setbacks, i would ideally like to have the 2 roommates pay the deposit and allow me to sublet (with a contract) until i can buy my way onto the lease (kind of an initial finders fee that you will get back anyway). I do plan on staying for a year or two at least.

Bottom line: i need 2 relatively clean, responsible, open minded people who can pay rent $400/ea and the deposit $600/ea, to help me get into this absolutely wonderful place.
