Develops and directs the analysis, due diligence selection,monitoring and analytical activities for a variety of alternative investment asset classes as assigned by the Director of the Investment Advisor Research.The position will be responsible for review and maintenance of the current platform under the asset classes assigned. Responsibilities include the review and maintenance of the current platform as well as selection of new managers and investment options for the platform. The analyst will be assigned sector responsibility and oversight as per experience and knowledge within specific asset class disciplines. The analyst will conduct meetings, research and data analysis to present recommendations to the oversight committee of the Investment Platform.
Requirements:
Four year college degree in Business, Finance or Economics is required. MBA or CFA is a major plus as well as certification in investment manager or alternative asset analysis. Background in due diligence as well as alternative assets(Hedge Funds) required
