The incumbent provides support to Senior Portfolio Officers with responsibility for management of assigned client relationships. These may include personal trusts, agency, estate, charitable, pension and institutional accounts which are most sensitive and will be characterized by a large revocable (or terminable) component. The incumbent will review accounts to ensure the account is administered in accordance with the governing instrument and accepted fiduciary principles.Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of investments/securities preferred.

The incumbent works very closely with Transfer Agency Administration staff, management and Corporate Management to insure the timely coordination andimplementation of departmental functions and Corporate initiatives.Will coordinate the notification, implementation and monitoring of all Fund, Operational and Service related changes between the Transfer Agent, Dreyfus Services/Operation Groups and Service Vendors.Coordinate all due diligence mailings to shareholders.Monitor and coordinate all State Escheatment of abandoned /unclaimed property requirements. Work closely with tracing firm to prepare and review recovery claims.Coordinate and monitor the print mail operation of our Transfer Agent and Mail Vendor. This includes clients statements, transaction confirms, statement messaging and special mailings.Review and verify the availability of funds for all check investments in excess of 1 million.BA/BS degree with 4 years related experience (Series 6 & 63 NASD license preferred).
