Like the title says, I need a roommate starting March 1st. There has been a little interest by some people I know, but nothing solid. I would rather find someone I know or someone that I know to refer the potential roommate.
I've just moved to Front & Thompson St. Conveniently one block from the Girard Ave. El Subway stop. Your rent would be $625 a month plus utilities with private parking. This is a newly built apartment, with only one previous tenant. The first photo in the attached would be your bedroom. It looks deceivingly small but it's actually about 17' x 10' with huge closet and a nice view of the city skyline. The bathroom, not seen in the photos is tile floor and decent sized. Right now I don't have much furniture, but have plans that I would like to include my future roommate in. The apartment is central air/heat and also includes a washer/dryer combo.
