Provides sales and some administrative support to one or more investment consultants. Responds to client inquiries both verbally and in writing, provides quotes, monitors accounts and posts transactions. May also provide new accounts support.
Delivers superior service to all customers, financial advisors and business partners. Assists financial advisors in recognizing sales opportunities and achieving production goals.
Qualifications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Must have past experience working for a financial institution.
Must have Series 7 & 63 licenses or obtain both within 6 months of start date. Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
