Charlies' Pub would be a great place to bring a date. Great selection of beer, food is excellent. It's not too inexpensive that you'll come off as cheap, but it's not so pricey that it's painful. The front room is dimly lit with these highback, cozy booths. You really get the feeling of privacy.
