Always Good!
Excellent food and service! Not the best appetizer, but most of the dishes and desserts are great. - Jackie , posted 05/18/05

Always perfect!
This is a great BYO on 3rd and Catherine and it gets packed every single night! You can put your name on the list and have a drink at the New Wave. There are a ton of 'small plates' on the menu that are fun to order. The calamari, hummus and feta is especially good. As far as the platters - the shrimp saute and the pasta with bluefish are tasty. You can get away with a bill of around $50 and be perfectly safisfied. - stump , posted 05/18/05

Acoustic Tiles, Please Please Please
Delicious food but come at 5 because it gets way too loud way too fast. These old Center City houses weren't really made to absorb all the sounds of a modern restaurant. Why don't the interior designers plan for that? - Rachel , posted 05/17/05

memorable....
Only been once, and to be truthful I'm not sure if it was the company or the meal, but it was a truly fabulous experience. Okay, I do remember the meal being quite good--very fresh seafood and the preparation was superb. But the company was equally fresh and superb! - in this guise , posted 05/12/05

a great byo
This place features Greek cusine like most don't imagine--i.e., focused mostly on seafood. Plates of grilled octopus and fish lead the way. The food's great, and dirt cheap, which no doubt explains why it is always mobbed. The downside: small, cramped and they take no ressies. Be prepared to wait in prime time. - Mark , posted 04/20/05

one of my favorites!
I love Demitris! Especially the one on 3rd and Catherine. Tiny and fun with a great staff and truly excellent food! The one on Fitler squre is very noisy... I prefer to go there alone or with one person and sit at the bar. - **Pete** , posted 02/10/05

Yum, Yum, Yummy
I definitly need my Dmitri's fix on a regular basis (the mussels red are soooo good). Great Mediterranean tapas joint in two locations. The original is a BYOB located in the Queen Village area. It is tiny so prepare to wait. All good though cause you can walk across the street to New Wave for a cocktail. I prefer the one right on Fitler Square that has a full bar and more space. - Flo , posted 10/07/04
