To all "Afraid" All my life I've had a fear of the Dentist, the chair, the office and everyone involved. Finally it came down to me not having a choice. Someone recomended Dr Backiel and off I went. Still unsure and nerveous, I did what i had to do. Upon my arrival to their office, I met with one of their assistants, "Becky". From my initial appointment throughtout my visits, Becky gave me the comfort level I needed to trust the work and feel assured that I'd be alright. She also made me feel comfortable with coming back and completing my work. My complements to you Dr Backiel on your staff, Becky and everyone else at your office. I cannot even begin to express how thoroughly happy I was with my experience with Dr. Backiel and here extremely considerate team of employees. Every one went out of their way to make sure I could make appointments at times that were convenient and walked me through procedures since I WAS very nervous. Dr. Backiel is very gentle and I couldn't believe the whole thing was pain free!!! I would definately recommend this dentist unless you want to go to some guy down the street who does care about you or your teeth just how much money he's getting from the insurance company. OH, and don't let me forget, the view from the office is INCREDIBLE and the office is so beautiful you forget you're at the dentist. - amanda , posted 01/17/08 |

 My dental cleaning experience was just okay, but the incompetent office manager made my experience horrible. I visited the office twice in May and both claims have yet to be filed with my insurance company. I have called Dr. Backiel's office at least four times complaining that my claims have not been received by my insurance company. I keep getting the "it takes two months" for claims to be processed. This is bullshit!!!! Now my flex benefits debit card has been deactivated because I do not have the proper explanation of benefits from my insurance company. The office manager Becky is worthless.
