Anyone who knows us will be sure to tell you our favorite food is spareribs. Yeah, it's politically incorrect to be a carnivore but, frankly my dear, I don't give a damn. Nothing beats sinking sinking a set of gleaming, mighty incisors into a properly cooked rib. Famous Dave's has captured the essence of southern barbecue and brought it into, dare I say, a restaurant chain environment. It's not a little corner joint, it's overly decorated with a hunting lodge motif and the ribs are the best you're going to get this far north of Texas. - Scorpio & Spanquee , posted 09/20/08 |
