PDF was an AMAZING experience!
Okay where do I begin? I was given a ticket to PDF through a friend for babysitting her son. She could not go because her husband could not get a hold of a ticket. The ticket I got went through about 8 people by the time I got my hands on it, so I guess this experience was meant to be. May 28th was my 22nd birthday, so it was a good oppertunity to celebrate it. I was a bit nervous about going because I knew no one. I met the PEX people before, but I never got the chance to get to know them. I'm a bit shy when it comes to socializing. I got to PDF on thursday night. Set up my tent and chillaxed a bit, theen went to bed early because i knew i wouldn't get much sleep. I was woken up at either 2AM or 5AM to some shananigians (sp?). Some drunkard said, "it's like smoking DMT off of a hopos ass!" This became the quote of PDF IMO! As the weekend progressed a city started to develop. The city had tribes, but we were all one. I ran into people who were engineers, programmers, teacher, doctors, etc... I saw the most intricate structures and designs. I saw passion in people that I never saw before. People really cared about eachother. I got a little too drunk. I was drunk for most of the four days, but hey, it was my bday. The naked slip and slid was amazing! I actually participated in it! I stopped after a few times because i hit my nipple ring and I was scared that it would get ripped out. I learned a lot from the amazing hoopers! I met a really cool dude that I hope I will run into in the future. It sucks that he lives in a different state (you know who you are :P). The greatest thing about PDF was that you could be whoever you wanted to be without anyone judging you. If you wanted to run around naked, then you were accepted equally. If you wanted to dress up as a fairy and skip across the feild, then you were free to do so. If you wanted to turn a tent into a car and drive around picking up people, then you were ecouraged to do so. I went to town on saturday I believe to go out to lunch with three random people. Let me just tell you that they created shanagians, but it was the fun type! The burnings were amazing. It is true that you could see the third eye in the fire! When the pony burned during the crazy storm it was amazing because the lightening made it more spiritual! The only things that i didn't like were the flies and the fact that my allergies were acting up. I could go on and on, but then I would have wrote a book.

Until the next chapter in Miss Bumble's life,
