i almost want to say one but, ... it is definitley pricey and they use cheap parts not original vw stuff. for example an oil change and bulb replacement was $80. have you noticed that new vw's always have a light out? this is because they use the CHEAPEST bulbs available instead of hella's that vw should have. i go to a great service place also just for vw's but i get great service and HONESTY. terry's service in levittown. my other big problem with vw in langhorne is when i last took my car there not only did they "forget" to replace the bulb resulting in me getting pulled over (after i paid for it) but they did not wash my car as they go on about as a free service AND who ever was in my car went through some photographs i had and lost a strip of negatives!!! the only good point was the manager new better and refunded my money for the services i paid for. - ganjala , posted 10/22/04 |

Dealership service centers are often pricey and stuffy, and VW of Langhorne is no exception. however, you do get what you pay for -- as long as you demand everything you deserve. (which, in my opinion, you shouldn't have to do.) You'll get loaner cars complimentary if you think to ask for it, and to continue to push for it when they tell you they don't have any company cars left -- they'll hook you up with Enterprise. I learned to get pretty picky and stubborn about what I expected, and as annoying as I got, my service rep never blinked or challenged me. Three stars here because, like I said, you shouldn't have to ask -- but acknowledging that anything you do ask for, they will cater to it. - Unsubscribed , posted 10/13/04 |
