It is. Really. The perfect bar for the not too young crowd. The Standard Tap has GREAT beer, GREAT food (really, it's true) weird art and interesting people. The place is almost always packed and there's a reason why. Somehow, even though the chairs aren't above average comfortable, within 10 minutes you feel like you're at home. Like you live there, really. This is the BEST bar for any one over 25, that tends to be a little right brained, with an interest in really good beer. Standard Tap is located on the corner of 2nd and Poplar Streets in Northern Liberties. They have the BEST bar food, and like a million different kinds of beer on tap, so don't ask for a Miller Lite! They just added a roof deck this summer that adds to an already perfect corner bar. Music comes from the jukebox, so bring quarters.
